- You have 30 days after delivery to cancel your order or return your items, for any reason. This is longer than the 14-day EU right of withdrawal.
- Notify us by email at help@sableau.com or with the model withdrawal form. We reply within 24 hours with the return address and instructions. Please wait for our reply before you send anything, so we can match the parcel to your order.
- Send the items back within 14 days of your notice. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of your withdrawal notice; we may withhold the refund until we have received the items or proof that you have sent them.
- No restocking fees. Exchanges are accepted.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with packaging. Damaged, defective or incorrect items: contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we cover the return.

Email help@sableau.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We reply with the return address and step-by-step instructions. Send your return with tracking and email us the tracking number.
