14-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

• You have 14 days after delivery to cancel your order or return your items, for any reason (EU right of withdrawal).
• Notify us by email at help@sableau.com or with the model withdrawal form. Then send the items to our returns address below and email us the tracking number.
• Send the items back within 14 days of your notice. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect; in that case we send you a prepaid return label.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of your withdrawal notice; we may withhold the refund until we have received the items or proof that you have sent them.
• No restocking fees. Exchanges are accepted.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with packaging. Damaged, defective or incorrect items: contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we cover the return.
