Shipping Policy
Processing time is 1–5 business days. Shipping time is 7–10 business days, tracked. Most orders arrive within 8–15 business days.
Free shipping on orders over €79; below €79 shipping is €6.95. All costs are included in the price — VAT paid, nothing to pay on delivery, in every country we ship to. Luggage ships free within the EU; outside the EU a flat €24.95 applies.
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier or customs delays outside our control.
Delayed or lost parcel. If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or your order has not arrived 15 business days after it was shipped, email help@sableau.com with your order number. We open an investigation with the carrier within 1 business day. If the parcel is confirmed lost, or the investigation is not resolved within 10 business days, you choose: a free replacement or a full refund. The risk of loss stays with Sableau until the parcel is delivered to you.
No extra costs. All costs are included in the price — VAT paid, nothing to pay on delivery, in every country we ship to. Should a carrier ever ask you to pay anything on delivery, send us the receipt and we refund it in full.
