What are the delivery times?
Orders placed before 15:00 (CET) on business days are processed the same day; later orders the next business day. Processing usually takes 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery generally takes 5–10 business days, for a total of roughly 6–12 business days.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free on all orders over €79. For orders below €79 a small shipping fee applies at checkout.
Do you offer bundle discounts?
Yes — buy 2 items for 10% off, 3 items for 15% off, and 4 or more items for 20% off. Discounts are applied automatically at checkout.
How can I track my order?
After dispatch you'll receive an email with a tracking number to follow your parcel.
