Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Tracked delivery in approximately 10–15 business days.

Free shipping on orders over €79. For orders below €79, the shipping fee is shown at checkout. Luggage ships free within the EU; outside the EU a flat €24.95 applies.

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier or customs delays outside our control.

Deliveries outside the EU (for example the United Kingdom, Norway or Switzerland): import duties, VAT and carrier handling fees may be charged by customs on delivery. These charges are not included in our prices and are payable by the recipient.
