Terms of service

These Terms of Service apply to offers made by Sableau and to distance contracts concluded between Sableau and a consumer.

2. Offers and contracts

Offers contain a complete and accurate description of the products. Obvious mistakes are not binding. Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. A contract is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and its conditions.

3. Payment

Payment is made at checkout by card or Revolut Pay. The methods available depend on the customer’s country and device and are shown at checkout. Payments are processed through Revolut’s encrypted payment gateway; Sableau does not see or store card details. See Payment Methods.

4. Right of withdrawal, returns and refunds

Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason, by emailing help@sableau.com or by using the model withdrawal form. Goods must be returned within 14 days of the withdrawal notice; we email the return address and instructions on request. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer. Refunds are issued within 14 days of the withdrawal notice using the original payment method; we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or proof that they have been sent. 5. Delivery

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Tracked delivery in approximately 10–15 business days. Delivery times are estimates. The risk of damage or loss remains with Sableau until delivery. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties, VAT and carrier handling fees may be charged by customs and are payable by the recipient.

6. Conformity, warranty and complaints

Products must comply with the contract and applicable legal warranty requirements. Send complaints to help@sableau.com; they will be answered within a reasonable period.
