Terms of Service
These Terms of Service apply to offers made by Sableau and to distance contracts concluded between Sableau and a consumer.

2. Offers and contracts
Offers contain a complete and accurate description of the products. Obvious mistakes are not binding. Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. A contract is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and its conditions.
3. Order acceptance, availability and age
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example when a product is out of stock, when a price or description contained an obvious error, or when we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order, any amount already paid is refunded in full within 14 days.
By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
4. Payment
Payment is made at checkout by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro), Apple Pay or Google Pay, or — in some countries — Revolut Pay. The methods available depend on the customer’s country and device and are shown at checkout. Payments are processed through Whop’s PCI DSS-certified checkout (the charge then appears as WHOP*SABLEAU on the customer’s statement) or through Revolut, depending on the customer’s country; Sableau does not see or store card details. 5. Right of withdrawal, returns and refunds
Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason (30-Day Money-Back Guarantee; this extends the 14-day statutory withdrawal period), by emailing help@sableau.com or by using the model withdrawal form. Goods must be returned within 14 days of the withdrawal notice; we email the return address and instructions on request. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer. Refunds are issued within 14 days of the withdrawal notice using the original payment method; we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or proof that they have been sent. 6. Delivery
Processing time is 1–5 business days; shipping time is 7–10 business days, tracked (most orders arrive within 8–15 business days). Delivery times are estimates. The risk of damage or loss remains with Sableau until delivery. All costs are included in the price; nothing is payable on delivery. Should a carrier nevertheless charge the consumer on delivery, Sableau refunds that amount on presentation of the receipt. If a parcel is lost or delayed, the procedure in the Shipping Policy applies.
7. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as carrier disruptions, customs delays, strikes, natural disasters, pandemics or government measures. We will inform you as soon as possible. If such a delay exceeds 30 days, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.
8. Conformity, warranty and complaints
Products must comply with the contract and applicable legal warranty requirements. Send complaints to help@sableau.com; they will be answered within a reasonable period.
9. Applicable law and disputes
These Terms and every contract between Sableau and a consumer are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without limiting the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live. Disputes may be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands or to the court of your place of residence.
