Terms of Service
These Terms of Service apply to every offer made by Sableau and to every distance contract concluded between Sableau and a consumer.

Article 2 — Applicability
These terms apply to every offer and every contract concluded at a distance between Sableau and the consumer. Before the contract is concluded, the text of these terms is made available electronically.
Article 3 — The offer
Offers contain a complete and accurate description of the products offered. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding. All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Article 4 — The contract
The contract is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and meets the corresponding conditions. Sableau confirms receipt of the order electronically without delay.
Article 5 — Right of withdrawal
The consumer may cancel the purchase of a product during a cooling-off period of 14 days without giving any reason. In addition, Sableau offers a voluntary extended return period of 30 days from receipt (see our Return Policy). During this period the consumer shall handle the product and packaging with care and may only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess it.
Article 6 — Costs and procedure of withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer contacts help@sableau.com. The direct cost of returning the product is borne by the consumer. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Article 7 — Delivery
Sableau will process accepted orders with due speed. The indicated delivery times (see Shipping Policy) are estimates. The risk of damage and/or loss of products rests with Sableau until the moment of delivery to the consumer.
Article 8 — Conformity and warranty
Sableau guarantees that products comply with the contract, the specifications stated in the offer, and reasonable requirements of soundness and usability, as well as the legal provisions in force on the date the contract was concluded (legal warranty under Dutch/EU consumer law).
Article 9 — Complaints
Complaints about the performance of the contract must be submitted to help@sableau.com within a reasonable time, fully and clearly described. Complaints are answered within 14 days. Consumers in the EU may also submit disputes via the European ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
Article 10 — Applicable law
Contracts between Sableau and the consumer are exclusively governed by Dutch law. Nothing in these terms affects the consumer's statutory rights.
