Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to offers made by Sableau and to distance contracts concluded between Sableau and a consumer.

1. Contact

2. Offers and contracts

Offers contain a complete and accurate description of the products. Obvious mistakes are not binding. Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. A contract is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and its conditions.

3. Payment

Payment is made at checkout with Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna or a credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express). The methods available depend on the customer's country and device and are shown at checkout. Payments are processed through Shopify's encrypted payment system; Sableau does not see or store card details. See Payment Methods.

4. Returns and refunds

Sableau offers a 14-day money-back guarantee from receipt, in accordance with statutory consumer rights. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

5. Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Tracked delivery in approximately 7–10 business days. Delivery times are estimates. The risk of damage or loss remains with Sableau until delivery.

6. Conformity, warranty and complaints

Products must comply with the contract and applicable legal warranty requirements. Send complaints to help@sableau.com; they will be answered within a reasonable period.
