No tracking number yet?
Open the View your order button in your order confirmation email, or sign in with the email you ordered with (you receive a 6-digit code, no password needed). Your order page shows the status. The tracking number appears there the moment your parcel ships, and the same email also arrives in your inbox.
If your order page still says Confirmed, your order is being packed. Packing takes 2–5 business days.
What to expect
- Packing — 2–5 business days after your order.
- On its way — the parcel flies to Europe and clears customs. The number can stay quiet for 2–4 days here; that is normal.
- Delivery — your national post delivers, normally 10–15 business days after dispatch. Once the parcel is in your country you can also track the same number on their website.
